Cancelation, Transfer, and Attendance Policies

We are so excited that you want to attend a class with us! Please review our policies before registering.

CANCELATION + TRANSFER POLICIES:
– If you cancel your enrollment up to 3 business days prior to the first class in a session, you can receive a refund, or hold credit to attend a future session within the next 3 months.

– If you cancel your enrollment up to 48 hours before the first class session, you can attend a makeup session within 2 months of your original class session.

– If you cancel your enrollment within 48 hours of the first class of the session, your enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you purchased your Professional class on CourseHorse, then our Refund & Cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you are entitled to a refund, or have any questions, please visit the CourseHorse site in New York and contact their customer service team.

ATTENDANCE:
While we understand that life happens, we ask that you attend each session in a multi-week session, unless extreme life circumstances mean that you absolutely must make up a date during a future session. Our multi-week sessions are structured to allow the class participants to grow together, and inconsistent attendance and drop-ins make the awesome bonding that happens a little harder!

A Note about Photo Policy: You will notice that our instructors take a few photos during class! We use these for social media and our own records. We will never post anything unflattering or embarrassing, but if you have an issue with your photo being taken, please let the instructor know.

Also, please PUT YOUR CELLPHONE AWAY during class! We promise you that it will be worth it 🙂
